pak26 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pak26" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" refers to the pak26 online casino and sports betting service operated at pak26.org and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the pak26 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a player on pak26, including the associated PKR wallet balance, transaction history, and betting records.
• "Services" refers collectively to all games, betting markets, financial transaction features, customer support services, promotional programmes, and any other functionality made available through pak26.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet amounts, deposit match credits, or other incentive-based amounts credited to a player's account that are subject to wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable.
• "Real Funds" means amounts deposited by a player via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, or any other accepted payment method that are available for betting and withdrawal subject to these Terms.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the base currency of all financial transactions conducted on the pak26 platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a player must stake before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount.

By accessing the pak26 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the pak26 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any pak26 services. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an active account on pak26, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pak26 strictly enforces this age restriction and will request identity documentation to verify your age at any point.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities may not register accounts.
• You must not be self-excluded from pak26 or any associated platform at the time of registration or continued use.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended pak26 account. Each player is entitled to one account only.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited under local law as it applies to your individual circumstances. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of your participation under the laws applicable to you.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction.

When registering for a pak26 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. pak26 reserves the right to close or suspend accounts where registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

Account security is your responsibility. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your pak26 account and not reuse it across other platforms.
• Not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Notify pak26 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account via the live chat function available at pak26.org.
• Not allow any other person to access or use your pak26 account, including family members.

pak26 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security practices. Any bets placed via your account credentials are your responsibility regardless of who placed them.

pak26 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on any account at any time, including requesting source of funds documentation, government-issued identification, and proof of address. Accounts under review may have withdrawals temporarily withheld pending satisfactory completion of verification.

All financial transactions on pak26 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

5.1 Deposits

• Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your pak26 wallet within approximately 30 seconds of successful transaction confirmation.
• Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and SadaPay are credited within one to two business hours depending on the originating bank's processing schedule.
• USDT TRC20 deposits are credited after the required blockchain confirmations and are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmation.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method.
• pak26 does not accept deposits from third parties. Funds deposited must originate from an account, wallet, or card registered in your own name.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests submitted before 18:00 PKT on a business day are processed same day. Requests submitted after 18:00 PKT are processed the following business day.
• Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability. pak26 reserves the right to request alternative withdrawal methods where fraud prevention procedures require it.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per method and are displayed in your account dashboard.
• Only real funds (not bonus funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements) may be withdrawn.
• pak26 reserves the right to perform enhanced verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where account activity patterns warrant additional scrutiny.

pak26 offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, and cashback promotions. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless explicitly overridden by specific promotion terms:

• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be transferred to your withdrawable balance.
• Bonus funds are used before real funds when placing bets, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• pak26 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that obligations already incurred in respect of active bonuses are honoured.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash outside of the applicable wagering completion process.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including through coordinated play, betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or use of multiple accounts — will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

All bets placed on pak26 — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, or the sports sportsbook — are subject to the following general rules:

• A bet is accepted and binding only when a confirmation reference is issued by pak26. No bet is valid until this confirmation is received by the player.
• pak26 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse any bet at its discretion without being required to provide a reason.
• In the event of a technical error, system fault, or obvious pricing error, pak26 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Winnings derived from erroneous odds or malfunctioning games are not payable.
• Sports betting markets are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and competition, available within the pak26 sportsbook interface. In case of ambiguity, pak26's interpretation of the applicable rules shall be final.
• Live betting markets may be suspended at any time without notice. Bets placed during a suspension period will be voided and stakes returned.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. pak26 does not manipulate outcomes. Independent audit certificates are available on request.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pak26 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Opening or operating more than one pak26 account simultaneously or sequentially after a previous account has been closed.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration, verification, or at any other point of interaction with pak26.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an advantage.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or knowingly benefiting from collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform. Any such discovery must be reported to support immediately rather than exploited.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds for the purpose of money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other criminal purpose. pak26 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Allowing a third party to use, access, or operate your pak26 account on your behalf.
• Any conduct that pak26 reasonably determines to be fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players.

All content on the pak26 platform — including but not limited to the pak26 brand name, logo, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, data compilations, and structural design — is the exclusive intellectual property of pak26 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pak26 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any pak26 content without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any pak26 software.
• Create derivative works based on pak26 content or branding.
• Use pak26 trademarks or branding in any manner that implies association or endorsement without explicit written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak26 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill arising from your use of the pak26 platform, whether direct or indirect.
• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical faults, internet connectivity issues, or third-party service failures beyond pak26's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information, odds, or content displayed on the platform where that information contained errors that were not immediately apparent.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate account security as set out in Section 4.

Nothing in these Terms limits pak26's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Where pak26's liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the total amount deposited by you to your pak26 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pak26 collects, stores, and processes personal data about registered players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at pak26.org/privacy-policy.

By registering for a pak26 account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for account management, identity and age verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, customer support, and where you have opted in, promotional communications.

pak26 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with payment processors, verification service providers, regulatory authorities where legally required, and other third parties as described in the Privacy Policy.

pak26 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. All players are encouraged to engage with the platform in a controlled and informed manner. The following responsible gaming tools are available free of charge to all registered pak26 players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits from your account settings. Reductions apply immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you after a defined period of continuous platform use.

pak26 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A player has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• pak26 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, collusive, or prohibited activity.
• A player fails to satisfy identity, age, or source-of-funds verification requirements within the specified timeframe.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the player or on the player's behalf.
• pak26 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or direction from a competent authority.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, withdrawals may be withheld until the investigation is concluded. If a violation is confirmed, any balance derived from prohibited activity may be forfeited in full.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting pak26 support via live chat. Where a closure is requested, any real fund balance remaining after the resolution of outstanding bets will be returned to the player's designated withdrawal method.

pak26 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pak26 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the platform.

The revised Terms will be published at pak26.org/terms-conditions with an updated effective date. Continued use of the pak26 platform after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming standards and the terms of the applicable operating licence under which pak26 is authorised to offer its services.

In the event of a dispute between a player and pak26 that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process described in Section 16, the dispute may be referred to the relevant adjudication body as specified under the applicable operating licence. pak26 will cooperate fully with any such adjudication process.

Any legal proceedings initiated in connection with these Terms shall be conducted in the English language. These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and pak26 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, and agreements.
